Our congregation wishes to participate with other congregations of all faiths to take action to curb global warming and protect the sacredness of the earth. We want to learn what other congregations have done to reduce their consumption of energy. We are willing to share what our congregation has already done and what we do in the future to reduce our use of energy. As the opportunity arises, we will encourage other congregations to join this voice of the religious community. NYIPL will provide information about ways to save energy and reduce the pollution that results from energy use. We understand that NYIPL may contact us from time to time to see what additional assistance and encouragement can be provided.
